Considering an AN35N Ultra......2 questions before I buy

BTW, I have also asked this over at NFORCERSHQ, and this board seems quite popular over there.

OK, regarding the Shuttle AN35N Ultra, I have been reading all of the reviews and posts that I can find on this board, and, other than the obvious lack of features, which is why this board is so inexpensive in the first place, it seems that this is a very good budget / performance motherboard, stable, fast, strong BIOS, etc......

Question 1) Can anyone confirm that this board has the nForce2 PCI/AGP lock?

Question 2) Other than the reduced feature set, are there any known negatives about this board?

1. I'm fairly certain that all nforce 2 mobo's are PCI locked due to the fact that the hypertransport link connecting the NB and SB is clockless(correct?). This makes a separate clockgen necessary for the PCI bus, so it should be autonomous of other system clocks.

Just set one up about 3 hours ago...currently running Prime @ 225mhz (450mhz) FSB with 6-3-3, CL2 timings...dual channel. Awesome board for $53 so far!

I always thought Prime was software for testing motherboard and system settings for stability, not a type of Memory.
