My latest conspiracy theory: Microsoft begged Lisa Su to limit Zen 5 performance to avoid making their Surface devices with Snapdragon Elite X look bad in Geekbench 6.3. Lisa Su was supremely annoyed but made a deal with them about unknown stuff that would benefit AMD in the future so Microsoft acquiesced.

Microsoft wins.
