Post your best and let's see if we can get them to take over the internet. Make ATOT Famous At Last!!!

OK, here's one I came up with today.

Prices are sky high because the CEOs are pissed about 2020 and they're trying to entice people to vote (R) this fall. 'Blame it on Joe. In January we'll start lowering them and say it's a result of the new Congress.'

I still think that Apple has a top secret test track under 1 Infinite Loop that they've been using to perfect their first self driving electric car.

I mean, why else would Apple be so eager to have that much seemingly unused land in the middle of Silicon Valley?

I was just thinking about this exact thing as I was doing dishes 30 minutes ago. Great minds think alike.

"That's what they want you to think."

That's it, that's the conspiracy theory.

It's a universal unifying theory.

Low level Russian hacktivists are deliberately posting time-wasting topics in US web forums to try to slow us down technologically, to waste the time of experts in their genres. I know it seems thin but it's a subtle battle with little ventured, at least as much gained. I started to suspect this years ago and shrugged it off, but it keeps happening, certain patterns of repetition and same content to multiple sites... not even including the social media sites where it occurs the most, to cause social discourse.

The sad thing is, a lot of you suckers buy into it.

Oh, I knew that Gizmo was a secret Russian operative all along. I'm just playing along...

There is another wackadoodle conspiracy theory out there called:

Meltology

It is related to Tartarian theory. Just far more stupid.

Found this. Terifying if you ask me.

"At its core, the theory reflects a fear of how quickly things change. As they look at today’s cityscapes, Tartaria believers see an eerie and alienating place, filled with abstract monoliths that emerged out of nowhere in a brief period of time. "

It's almost like you've never been to a city, or have even seen one from a distance.

How else would you describe them other than ' ... eerie and alienating places, filled with abstract monoliths ... ' ???

John Smith was poisoned in order to ensure US-asset Blair (who was being blackmailed in some unknown fashion by the CIA) was in charge of the Labour Party at the point where the Conservatives had completely fallen apart (mainly over the EU) and couldn't be maintained in power any longer (the 1992 general election having been rigged with ballot-box stuffing to keep the Tories in office a bit longer).

The "1992 election was rigged" story was an actual conspiracy-theory going round at the time (the opinion polls had predicted a much less favorable outcome for the Conservatives, right up to the exit polls on the day of the election, plus someone claimed to have worked out that the key marginal constituencies that determined the result all swung the other way from the rest of the country - the overall swing was to Labour but the Tories won a majority because of about 1200 votes in 11 key marginals, several of which subsequently reported discoveries of cases of electoral fraud favouring the Conservatives).

The poisoning/blackmail theory is my own fevered imagination, being the only way I can explain Blair's craven support for Dubya over Iraq (the alternative theory being that Smith was a Scotsman with a Scottish diet and lifestyle and Blair was/is just a vacuous moron, entirely of his own volition).

Though if Chapman Pincher and Peter Wright can suggest that Hugh Gaitskill was poisoned by the KGB to ensure "Russian asset" Harold Wilson took over Labour, I don't see why I can't posit a mirror-image theory.

Bonus - absurd conspiracy theories about Princess Di being murdered were spread deliberately as a distraction from the _real_ conspiracy around Smith and Blair.

I am a rural kind of guy I guess. There is a reason I did not want to live in cities. Not quite at the tartarian level yet.
