Constant click-click from Corsair PSU Fan

I have Corsair TX650 PSU . Last night the fan making Tick-Tick noise like it was hitting something . So I took it out and replaced it with Ultra 600W Pro that i had as a backup .
But when i took it out , and spun the fan manually , the sound went away .

Is the PSU faulty ? Should i RMA it ? Anybody else had this issue ?

Hook it up but dont have it attached to your case (but hold it facing down not touching the ground) and turn it on see if it makes the noise

If you flip the psu and it no longer makes noise it probably is coming in contact with something, or was

My understanding is that Corsair is willing to replace noisy PSUs under warranty.

Yellowbeard is a Corsair employee and pretty active on AnandTech, so you might try PMing him.
