Idiotic commentary. He’s already completely misrepresenting what Christians believe in the first 90 seconds. At least start with the truth of our beliefs if you intend to tear them down. It was a profitable business entire b/4 he passed. RIP.

I listened to the first 90 seconds, what did he misrepresent?

Triggered. He didn't misrepresent anything, what he said was factually correct. How much money did he try to talk you out of Ajay? How big was that tithe?

The truth is the truth hurts, which is why you are trying to dismiss and invalidate his points.

If you're looking for a profitable business that lies about the world around them, go talk to one of your pederast panhandling priests.

As usual, Wiki has a pretty good write on this. The revisions and diversity of interpretation are interesting.

Either way, posting this on public property violates the 1st Amendment Establishment clause:

Forcing it to be posted in public schools is certainly concerning and considered an effort to indoctrinate. If LA denies other religions the same treatment, they will be open to lawsuits for sure.

Christians: Promote religion in classrooms! Post the 10 Commandments, mandatory, every class room!
Non Christians: Ok, here's these other religions that have their own guiding principles, let's post them as well
Christians: No, not like that.

You ass. Seriously.
Woah, judge not lest ye be judged. Why are you so angry and name calling? Did Jesus call people who disagreed with him asses? I mean he supposedly rode on one but never called anyone one. 😎

Also, with the Bible not being completed until the 4th century and the church deciding what was Canon (who were only human sinners themselves making manmade decisions at the council of Nicaea) who are you to say what the real biblical truth is or isn’t in any interpretation. Faith is not repeatable or testable other than to show nothing happens. Faith is not a fact but you can have faith in provable facts.

Oakahoma school superintendent orders incorporation of bible and 10 commandments into all public school curriculum and lies about American legal system and constitution built on bible.

Say Ajay, which Bible, translation and denomination should be allowed in oakahoma? I mean catholic bible is very wrong and from satan while the Protestant bibles are from god right?

As a departure from atheists and resident Christians talking past each other (talk about pointless), another state has decided to out-do Louisiana.

Oklahoma state superintendent announces all schools must incorporate the Bible and the Ten Commandments in curriculums

“It’s crystal clear to us that in the Oklahoma academic standards under Title 70 on multiple occasions, the Bible is a necessary historical document to teach our kids about the history of this country, to have a complete understanding of Western civilization, to have an understanding of the basis of our legal system,” Walters said.

Nothing like turning to the Bible to learn the history of the USA. There you can re-live the thrilling story of how George Washington was almost turned to stone, or into salt or whatever.

Every classroom in the state must have a Bible and all teachers must teach from the Bible in the classroom, Walters said.
I'd think this would start an exodus of any self-respecting teacher who can actually afford to leave. What a bunch of fuckheads. There's definitely an ever-shrinking list of states I will move out of FL to when I'm able to... (not that OK was ever a possibility in any case...)

Edit: Or see just above! I was too slow!

Coming from the people who think they are literally drinking the blood of Jesus and eating his body after they went into a room and told an old man all of the naughty things they've done over the past week, lol. How do functioning adults believe this shit?

Definitely in some states. And they are quite happy if public education is gutted when teachers leave and funding drops....vouchers for Christian schools will always provide a place for the...discerning parent with lots of $. Less education means less independent thinking, which of course is a dangerous thing.

Glad my youngest is now out of high school before Desantis' bullshit starts making it's way into classrooms. I'm sure FL is already working on how to top this latest one. They have the "positive side of slavery" happening to fall back on of course.

You go study Catholic doctrine and try again.

Unnecessary, something I've wasted too much time on already I'm afraid. Though I do approve of Jesuits respecting science. If only we could get the rest to respect children and women.

Might help if you study actual catholics, maybe attempt to address the facts Hitchens brings up? Maybe if your ego wasn't so tightly bound to The Goatherders Guide to The Galaxy you'd be able to handle the truth about the ridiculous government of dogma and bullshit it spawned.

Regarding the topic, I'd say it's far more germane for idiotic holy rollers to study the Constitution, given it's clear stance on the government endorsing religion. Wouldn't you agree?
