Wrong. This needed a lot of planning and good coordination that could only be accomplished with a larger budget. They needed trained pilots (you have to believe that no commercial airpilot will fly his or her airlplane into a building, even with a gun to their head), and a way to get passed security in all the airports. And there is talk of explosives. You would need to get those, and plant them. This isn't a small scale opperation that just anyone can do.

I relaly belive that the US should keep their noes out of other countryies bisnes. They are saying the palistinesn are happy about thes atacck because of the us's support of iseral.. well what the f*ck is the us doing in the middle of a religous ware to start with? We by no means deserve what happened today but we realy should take this as a leson to stay out of other countrys affairs. I thought musulams were suposed to be pecfull? As for all the people celebrating the attack on america.. well they are nice enought to huddle in groups... how a bout a good old cluster bomb in the middle.. Start there and work out to the people that took part in its planning and supported it.

I am not much for what the armed forces fight over these days...( police actions they call them) but damn.. i truly feel this deservies some strong, agresseve action. but no nukes.. i have no problem to prep them but sh*t.. dont use them unless you are sure you are tracking one comming at us.. >>

If we let Israel and Palestine at it, chances are nukes would be thrown around, and the end of the world. Also, we need the oil in that area, and if there was a war, it would cost more.

That wasn't confirmed, AFAIK, they collapsed on their own as a result of the plane crashes, then fire... You have the top quarter of a building collapse on itself, and the rest will just go down because of the weight.

I've heard the bomb was confirmed from multiple sources. It also looks like a bomb, since it started so close to the top. If the inner structure deteriorated, I believe the collapse would've started lower down

I'm kind of surprised hearing about how organized this was, and how the US intelligence should of stopped this. Bull. To me it sounds like less than 20 people probably armed with nothing more than automatic weapons or possible only handguns to hijack planes or build bombs probably with household materials. Thousands dead, most using our own planes against us. Of course, now we've shut down the entire infastructure of the nation- UPS and USPS are freaked out with all their packages, governments and cops all over the nation are freaking out, planes are all grounded and the borders are shut down. If someone wants the US to grind to a halt, this is working out great. No one is working, even the malls are closing. We're living in fear. And PLEASE don't beat up any arabs!!! geez.

CNN TV was scrolling the sequence of events at the bottom of the screen, and IIRC, it WASN'T 30 minutes. (more like an hour and a few minutes after the first plane)

I've heard an uncomfirmed report from someone in the Air Force that the Capitol Building was hit, and that the news is specifically not relaying certain info. Also that other stuff is going down, but that couldn't be talked about.

Is anyone anywhere near to know if the Capitol Building is okay or not?

this was incredibly planned.. i can't believe 4 planes were hijacked the same day and all crashed within hrs of each other. i live in nyc and it's really scary.
