850 Watt PSU, partially modular, now 39.99 after a $30 rebate. Said to be a less pretty version of the Cougar SX850 PSU (also by HEC). It has been at $39.99 AR a few times and was $30 AR on 8/12.

Hardware Secrets did a favorable review of a similar rebadged HEC-550TB-2WX: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/printpage/ADATA-BN-550-Power-Supply-Review/1268. Stress testing at 48c to the limit, until ripple went wild, they pulled 695 watts out of it.

Happy to get 3 of the HEC 350 Watt 80+ PSU's (July 4th special). Bought three 550's. Bought an 850W on 8/12 when they had free shipping.
July 17 Update, received the 550's. They look well made. Through the grill the PCB appears to have the same internals as pictured in the hardwaresecrets.com review (quality filter stage: X & Y caps, MOV's etc.). One sample, out of the four, has a faint fan ticking sound, which disappears if the unit is inverted. Don't see anything rubbing. The remaining units are very quiet.
Label specs: +12 V1 28A, +12 V2 20A (480W combined), +3.3 V 24A, +5 V 15A (120W combined), -12 V 0.3A, +5 VSB 3.0A. Total Output 550W. Voltages spot on (multimeter).
Cables: 18" long to the first connector, heavy 16 AWG wiring to 4+4 cpu power & 3.3V lines, 18 AWG to peripherals. 4x SATA Connector, 2x PCI-E Connector (6pin), 20 + 4 Mobo & 4 + 4 Mobo, 6x Molex Connector, 1x Floppy Drive Connector (this gets 22 AWG wiring).
