Back in the day...
(a couple of years ago, this case was the top of the line, selling for about $200
it was replaced by i think the current wave master

Personally i do think this case looks better than the wave master
Larger than your standard lianli case - and the build and finish on this case are really nice

That is a nice looking case. I might consider it when I build my new system. How is Cooler Master's build quality? I have their heatsink and I'm not to impressed with it. However, their cases might be a different story.

I have this exact case, but it's blue. I bought it for $120 and thought it was a good deal, this price is HOT. My only complaint is that's there's no way for the air to enter the front of the case. Removable Motherboard tray and thumbscrews are nice. It has a neon light that turn on displays "ATCS" on the front, really cool.

Nice case and with a little work with a dremel the lack of front fan intakes is not a issue....although I may take the jump to watercooling for this case. Nice find!

i have this but the blue version
no intake fans are lame, but i dremeled in a blowhole on the side and everything runs fine temp wise
kick ass case for watercooling IMO but I got mine for 90 shipped a couple months back and its got the bluish tint door which i like better

as far as coolermaster quality, no doubts there, top notch

Hey! that the same thing I did. I have a 120 mm stealth fan coming from the side, blowing right over the cpu. No heat issues with my overclocked rig.

A friend of mine had this case...
no intake kinda blows...

3 years ago my friend got this case for 160?
i got my lianli pc-68
no intake kinda sucked
but the fact that the case was larger, and had a blowhole on top (mine didn't) kept his case cooler

as far as build quality is concerned
i consider coolermaster to have the highest build quality of any case manufacturer,
second would be lianli -

third antec if your more budget minded

BTW, this version has a windown on the side, are you guys putting the hole on the window, or on the right side?

On mine I put two 80's on the bottom. One left of HD rack and one in the rack itself. This does lose use of
the bottom 2 drive spaces. The left one is pushed out away from the MB a ways for pinouts. In hindsight probably just doing the cutouts (3inch holesaw) without fans would of sufficed. For the non-modder where
I bought at here has a good selection of
CM and Lian Li.
