The hard drive cooling concerns me or otherwise looks pretty good. Should get similiar cooling to a P180. For a non OC system, this thing has the capability to run almost silent if the fan set up is done correctly. For max OC an air breather like the Antec NineHundred may be a better choice.

Earfoam, I'm waiting to get mine, but how do you suggest/think best set up for almost quiet running? I'm only OC a 2.2 to 2.5 so nothing really big. I'm honestly tired of the wind tunnel sitting beside me. Must be old age. But quiet seems really good anymore. (I think it's just my 2 kids causing it)

I got my Cosmos today. Impressive and HUGE. I heard this cracking sound when removing out of the box by the top handles. My neighbor thought I broke something.
Sounded like the noise came from the left handle, towards the front. Looks O.K. though. Anyone have any problems with handles on this case?

The rebate still makes it a good price if it goes through. Lowest price elsewhere is $183.81 shipped - $30 rebate

Just wanted to say how awesome Cooler Master is. I emailed their customer support last night about the hard drive fan bracket, I had a response today saying they will ship me one.

It's not every day that you run across a company that responds to emails in a timely manner or not giving the customer the run around.

Cooler Master just earned some mega points in my book!

LOL check the dates, you are several months behind to "pull the trigger" on this deal. The other poster that dredged up this thread was asking if people this late in the game havent' received rebates yet either. Which by now everyone that purchased this case with the rebate and sent the rebate in should have received it.

DO NOT GET THIS... and expect to get the rebate back. Loads of people have not been getting back large rebates offered by hardware lately (mostly from NewEgg deals; myself included). Go to SlickDeals.com or any number of deal sites to find threads about missing rebates from CoolerMaster, Gygabyte, Ultra and many others. Although CoolerMaster is not the only offender, they out-source their rebate services to the same company in El Paso, TX who, in turn, do not ever return rebates. This isn't a matter of the company holding out rebates, taking months to process - they just never come back. Sometimes the company will invent something like "the rebate was never received" or "requirements of rebate not met", more often the rebate is just never returned - it's always total BS.

Good luck to those who jumped on this, but be sure to keep copies of everything and expect to have to fight for the rebate. Even still, I predict it will be difficult to get this one back...

On the bright side, this is a great case and may even be worth the full price.

EDIT: I should really learn to check the OP date before posting. Anyways, congratulations to those who got back the rebate. To those who didn't, fight back tooth and nail.

I'm still waiting on a CoolerMaster rebate from August '07. I'm not holding my breath.

I finally got my rebate. I contacted the rebate center who said they didn't have the check, that they weren't responsible for the check, and that it was processing in Coolermaster's accounting department. (lies, i'm sure). I contacted Coolermaster to get the hdd fan bracket and inquire about the rebate. They gave me a form to fill out for the bracket and gave me no info about the rebate. I emailed a couple more times with no response, but a couple weeks later from when i called the rebate magically lands in my mailbox and the status on the rebate website changed to shipped. At least i got the rebate.
