CoolerMaster cases for less than retail

Here's their story...

There was some sort of error for orders placed by Paypal, that if you didn't press "Return to Vendor" (or something similar) from the Paypal screen, they did not receive the order.

I find that very odd since I can actually "see" my order on their website. It's funny that they cannot see the same order in their system.

Anyway, I gave them the specifics (reading it off of their own web site) and they said they will ship today....

I called Paypal to check but they had no idea what I was talking about...

So, short story, if you have not received your order, call them at the number above, tell them that your order has not been received. They should inform you that it will ship today.

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, they told me that my order was shipped... even though I've called and left messages, sent them a few e-mails, etc. requesting that my order be canceled. I asked if they had already shipped it and the CSR said he wasn't sure -- it might have already been packaged for shipping, so he couldn't stop that. I guess I can understand them having a screwup with Paypal, but not answering my requests for cancellation... I kind of feel like they just wanted my money and told me that it was shipped just so that they could still charge me. Or it could have just been a very long series of honest mistakes.
Honest mistakes or not, though, ultimately I would not recommend shopping from Cooler Master directly -- you'd probably get better customer service from NewEgg (they have been pretty awesome in the past).

Anyone interested in buying a Centurion 534 Silver v.2 & 430w PSU from me when I get it? I can either just ship it to you as is, or I can open up the box for you to check the condition (it is a refurb, remember). Shoot me a PM if you're interested. We can work out something for shipping, too.

I noticed that when I was messing around with their cart, even though I had not pressed the final confirmation button, two orderes (identical to what I had in my cart), showed up in my order history under my account.

Their cart software is broken, it seems.

I bought a refurbed CM Stacker 830 over two weeks ago and the case looked perfect. If anything, the only thing that got missed was the instruction manual.

Just got off the phone with Customer Service and got the same story re: PayPal bugs. (They DID say that they have since changed the way they process PayPal orders.) In an enormous display of goodwill-building, the CSR had me hold the line while he generated a UPS tracking number to guarantee that my case was shipping out.

Kind of lame that I had to call them to push it through, but that's business for you. They definitely handled it well once I got hold of them.

im in for a few who cares if it takes a month to get here.. that is what you expect when buying at such hot prices heheh.. guy on ebay prob same shop was selling them and i picked up at least 6 of the cm cention5's for 33-40$ shipped and they all looked brand new but took weeks and weeks to get here

I took about a month but I finally received my 2 cases. No major damage, just minor scratches...

The 340 is nice and small. Put in the ECS/420 Conroe combo for $62.82 and 1GB DDR2 and 80GB sata I had lying around and added the Vista Home basic for $19.90

I haven't opened the 534 with 430W psu yet but plan on moving my Windows Home Server to it...

Long ride but worth it with no shipping.

Got my 340. No PSU. Did anyone's 340 come WITH a PSU?

The 330 comes with a power supply but I don't think the 340 did (or I would have gotten one)

My 340 did not have a psu but it was only $13.99 shipped

I never got my case. I had to dispute the transaction over Paypal and Paypal eventually recovered my funds and refunded my account. I had even called these guys and they alleged that my order had been shipped and was on its way out.
I would recommend AGAINST buying from these guys, as they're pretty flaky in answering e-mails and providing tracking numbers. Low prices are great and all, but I believe in giving my business to vendors who deserve it (Newegg is a good example of this). </rant>

Ended up with that BB Rocketfish case that was/is all the rage, and I'm pretty satisfied with it.
