THey had a similar sale a couple of weeks ago. I ordered one case not expecting much for the price but was really suprised when the case arrived. It's good quality and looks great. I ordered another today.

yes chiefvalue is blocked dont konw why I have had nothing but good service from them but then again I have never had to return anything.

meh, i wasn't so impressed with this case. The optical drives faces do not line up with the front of the case which annoys the crap out of me and it seemed small to me

The egg is good dont get me wrong. They have never done me wrong...but neither have any of alot of the companies listed here. Personally I could care less if they sponser here. becuase if they dont have the cheapest price....I still wont buy it.

About newegg: Sponsor or not, it seems this thread should show special deals etc and not worry about sponsors. I bet I've spent 10K at newegg this year and I don't think they will be the least bit upset over $29.50 cases. Newegg/GreatValue is all one big company.

Actually thats not an add. BST stand for buy sell and trade. Which is done here on this forum in the FS/FT Forum. And Im not selling anything right now. And I dont own a company. The stuff I sell is my own personal stuff much like the the other 10,000 members on this forum with tags in there signature pointing to there fs/ft thread or there heatware.

This case aint even that great of a deal...Its a friggin Steel case (hence going back in time). with an aluminium bezel. Every case should be made out of aluminium now. I paid 39.00 for my chenming + 10 shipping

Just because it's steel doesn't mean it's garbage, lol. Seriously, I move my PC like once every year, so the fact that aluminum is lighter doesn't do a lot for me.

never said that it was garbage. but you know and i know aluminum cares are not only lighter they run cooler and are less likly to cary as much as a static charge as steel. Like I said its an ok deal. if you need a case. it just not the hottest deal out there on a decent case.

Aluminum is usually lighter but not always. Some of the super high quality aluminum cases are actually heavier than cheap steel cases. It also has not been proven that they run your system any cooler than a steel case. How cool the system runs has a lot to do with the design of the case and the fans, not case material. Static? Who knows...

One thing though is that it is easier to make a heavier steel case quiet.

The cooling effect of aluminum's better thermal conduction is virtually nil since 99.99% of heat energy is blown out the back regardless of case material. Also, all cases are grounded when the PS is plugged in, so static charge is likewise a non-issue.
