Cooling Fans

Anyone have any suggestions for replacing the cheap fans that came with my case and fans that blow out the heat from PCI shots and any available bays under the cdroms?

How can I clean the inside of the my case without shorting anything out.

Compressed gas sprays
I assume you mean cleaning out dust, of course, rather than, say, that PB&J sandwich you dropped in there 3 months ago.
Tetrafluoroethane is pretty popular for this kind of spray. Look for something that says "Compressed Gas Duster" or something similar and make sure it's "Safe for electronic equipment" and/or "Safe for computers".

Oh, and read the label - "may cause severe burns (frostbite) on contact with skin/eyes"

I really don't se a problem with vacuum cleaning the insides.. it's earthed.. if you touch the hoover to the side of the bare (not painted) case - it assumes the potential of the case.... so what's the prob?

Use the fluffy attachment and suck away.........
