Cooling help?

i was hopeing if there a mod forum that helped with Ams Gmono cooling issues due to its fron't pannel. i know i think i can druel it but would like to know how a mod pro did it without messing pannel up.

i was also wondering if the front pannel is clear it looks to be gray.

edit: hmm, I see that those holes are actually BENEATH the fan. I wonder how well it sucks air in from the front, hopefuly theres holes/vents in the side or something...

but it looks like the front fan/slot is completely smothered by the front cover eh? damn...wish I would've noticed that

That case looks amazingly similar to the present case I have--

If it is....I would say you will have adequate airflow through the bottom of the case with 2 fans hooked up!!

Not too keen on that power supply though.....but thats just me!!
Mine came with a 420 W PSU!

There are a few minor differences between that case and the case I have...
Namely no side opening for a side fan. The clear side is nice!!

No opening on the top of the case for another fan....

Yes---That front piece is a clear piece of acrylic or plastic...but its very nice to look at!

Over all I love the case I have!!

2 PSU fans...1 CPU fan.....One Video card fan--soon to be a zalman video card fan....2 fans lower front.....one fan eachside panel and top of case....and one 120 mm fan on the back....with 2 more fans in the case via modified brackets....

Nice case!!

they ARE similar. thanks for the post. BUT, if you look at the pics, the HOLES in the ASPIRe were moved up to actually match the fan. in the AMS, the fan looks to be completely restricted. I canceled my order of the AMS for now, it still looks like a great case, but I'm going to check some others out.

I went back and had a closer look at the case you were going to get!!
I agree totally with you!!
In fact I really like the way the holes are situated in the case you are now getting!!
In fact I wish I had that many holes in my case!!

Im glad to see you are taking your time and asking the right questionsa concerning the
case you want to get!!

I also took my time before i decided on this case....its well worth it to get the case you
desire!!

There are alot of nice cases out there!!

Wow, that looks like a great modding case.

I'd probably dremel out a 120mm hole in the front and make some sort of turbine mod.
