Cooling Question

kk ill get rite to the point i got a Thermaltake CL-P0024 Cooling Fan/Heatsink on this rig with 2x SILVERSTONE SST-FM84XW 80mm Dual ball Bearings Cooling Fans on eatch side

ive been getting some way up there temps i idle at 49c and at full load i can hit temps at 68c to 70c and this causes my comp to shutdown and this with the fans set to allmost max

i have Thermaltake Xaser V Damier Black Full-Tower Case so it has alot of fans on it

im thinking of getting a new PSU cause the one i have now seeems to be noisey and runs hot so in gona try and get a "ENERMAX All in One Noisetaker Series EG701AX-VE SFMA(24P) ATX12V 600W Power Supply" to repalce the one i have

my bro has that PSU in his SLI comp and runs quiet and way cooler

so do u think it is the heatpipe and if so should i go just get a normal heatsink/fan and if so what is a good one to get that will keep a AMD Athlon FX-55(939) cool and keep my system from shutingdown

and if this is not my prob what could it be ??

ive been pulling out what lilttle hair i have so any help on this prob will be nice :laugh: BTW my system specs are in my Sig

xp-90 with a panaflo, xp-120 with a panaflo, zalman 7000 or 7700 should all work fine. Make sure to use as5 and only as much as you need that will help alot. And what are your case temps? If they're higher then 35c try to do some wire management to increase the airflow.

thx for the advice and im at 50c case temp but i do need to do some wire cleaning

thx and yeah bigtime too cause im from Louisiana too so its real hot and humid even with the AC on

this is y i need some advice on cooling this monster :laugh: trying to get my temps somewhere in the 30s idle would be nice with out going water cooled :laugh:
