cooling six AMD Athlon II X4 640 processors

I was gifted a champ of a computer 3 years ago. A custom built machine crafted around AMD CPU's. It's a 6 core (the start up screen only indicates 4 cores activated but the BIOS says 6 active) AMD Athlon II X4 640 machine with an Asus M4A88T-V EVO/USB3 Motherboard with 4 gigs (two, 2GB sticks) of DDR3 PC3-10700 RAM by G.Skill (part number F3-12800CL9-2GBRL). It is air cooled (unknown size or number of fans). According to Asus Smart Doctor, the video card (an EAH5770CuCore) stays between 90 to 111 degrees Fahrenheit. This strikes me as a bit hot.

I would imagine everything else gets fairly hot too (CPU, Motherboard. I just had the computer in the shop for 3 days and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, except it was very dusty inside, figured it must have just blocked airflow and overheated the MB). They cleaned it out and it works now, but the temps have stayed the same. So I need to figure out how to cool this thing down so I don't have the same problem.

In my humble opinion, 111 F for a video card is fine.

Are you sure those temps are really farenheit and not celsius? your 90-111 F comes to around 32-44 C, which at idle is a good temp.. for reference my gtx 760 idles at around 39 C (102 F)..

Asus Smart Doctor gives the temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celcius. Those are definitely the Fahrenheit temps. Anybody have any suggestions on cooling just the motherboard? Asus AI Suite reports the motherboard is running at 28C, the CPU is at 31C and the CPU fan is running between 1600 to 1900 RPM.

Your temps are fine. Don't worry about them until they are about double what you are seeing now.

111 degrees strikes you as hot? That's barely warmer than a body.
