Might be a nice movie, but it ends there. The game is defunct and is no longer in development anytime soon.

The only marginal chance (and really small) is that a version of this game would be released on up and coming consoles. But Blizzard is focused on the Warcraft series right now and the Starcraft universe has to wait.

Make some money? If they released an all new Starcraft 3 I am positive they would sell a crapload of copies. Come on, how many of us here played our first RTS as Starcraft? How many Koreans STILL play that game? That WAS rts. If they released a Starcraft 3, and actually put some thought/effort into it, it would be a huge hit, simply because of its legacy.

Make some money? If they released an all new Starcraft 3 I am positive they would sell a crapload of copies. Come on, how many of us here played our first RTS as Starcraft? Since when does a company not want MORE money? I'm sure they have the resources to develop Starcraft 3, if they really wanted. Not sure why they haven't done it yet, but we all know it'd sell a ton of copies just cause of the name.

Ghost was never officially cancelled. They had just gone so far past schedule, that Blizzard put them on "indefinite hold" for the current gen systems. They still may resurrect the game to release on 360/Wii/PS3.

But I'd say there's a better chance of Starcraft 2 coming out before then.

I really wish they didn't cancel ghost though. The gameplay videos I saw looked like a LOT of fun

The cinematic could've used some polishing, especially in the voice-work, IMO. Plus, it was just Starship Troopers all over again. Meh.
