Apparently you missed this (previously posted):

Racist comments prompted McKinney pool party fight, host says

"A 19-year-old woman said racist comments at her McKinney pool party sparked the fight that led to a police confrontation caught on video
that’s gone viral. The officer in the video has been placed on leave.

Tatyana Rhodes, who is black, told a photojournalist that another woman, who is white, told her to return to her public housing before slapping her in the face. Rhodes said she, her mother and sister live in the Craig Ranch subdivision and hosted the party there.

“She was saying things such as, ‘black F-er,’ and ‘That’s why you live in Section 8 homes,’” Rhodes said in a video posted to Youtube.

That woman and another woman “attacked me,” Rhodes said. Rhodes spoke in a video that was posted to YouTube by Elroy Johnson, who identifies himself on LinkedIn as social media manager for Jambalaya Magazine.

Rhodes’ mother, LaShana Burks, also says in the video that the party attendees were her daughters’ classmates.

The fight prompted calls to 911 that led to police responding to the pool party."

LOL, I love how it is a "19 year old woman" when the person is white, and a little innocent baby when they're black. That's cute.

That being said, if the woman in question was the one fighting, first and foremost, "holy crap she doesn't look 19. More like 39." Secondly, that looks like a white trash neighborhood.

Isn't he dead?

Several of the kids have said that racial comments were made towards them at the pool....some of those witnesses being trustworthy white children...because we all know how black kids lie.

Huh, turns out he is dead. Also wiki says breibart.com is a conservative news website, started by a guy that worked for and helped to launch huffpo. I'm so confused.

The 19 year old woman was black...and her name is Tatyana Rhodes.

I'll give you a citation, I've personally seen it. That's another reason this crap goes on. There was a REALLY nice neighborhood with very nice apartments in a Texas suburb. The government injected section 8 members RIGHT into the complex. There was a huge uproar, but the city said, FU! You're going to take this shit and like it. I don't care how hard you worked to get where you are, we're giving this stuff to these guys for free. Why? Because it's not our neighborhood.

You want resentment, that's a good way to get it.

That's not a citation. That's an anecdote and, according to what I can find, an untrue anecdote:

"The federal law that established Section 8 does not require landlords to participate in the program".

http://www.american-apartment-owner...st-news/landlords-forced-to-accept-section-8/

Apparently 4 states have their own laws re Section 8:

"But some states do. In Connecticut, Maryland and Massachusetts, for example, landlords may not refuse to rent to current or new tenants who become or are eligible for Section 8 help.

And in New Jersey, when an existing tenant becomes eligible for Section 8 help, the landlord may not refuse to accept Section 8 money. If you live in one of these states, your landlord’s refusal is against the law."

Can you back up any of these statements?

Are you fucking serious? The meetings were televised and the community was there to defend their neighborhood from the BS politics. I saw it personally! No third party account. This IS NOT uncommon in Texas either. You want the apartment complex, it's on Stonegate Blvd in Fort Worth, TX. The Stonegate area was once owned by Cullen Davis, a VERY wealthy oil man that was charged with murder waaaay back in the '70s. He beat the charges but his land was then sold and developed on. That particular area is pretty nice. The city then tried to sneak the section 8 housing in but the community caught wind of it and called a meeting which did NO GOOD. The city said, that's nice but we're doing it anyway. This wasn't the ONLY instance of this bullshit they tried to pull either. Again, this isn't uncommon for places in Texas. But for some reason it doesn't make it in the papers though. Weird.

Please cut this shit. See my posts above. I witnessed this PERSONALLY. It doesn't make it into the papers, because they try to keep it on the down low until it's too late and they've already started building. My parents had to fight this crap to keep "affordable housing" from being brought to their neighborhood. They fortunately won, but it took the whole neighborhood to get together to stop them. They didn't advertise it, instead they tried to sneak it in.

Yep the less fortunate shouldn't be bringing down neighborhoods where good folks live.

Give me a freaking break.

Yep. Sorry to break it to you, but those neighborhoods are reserved for people that worked for it, not handed over to them by the government for free.

And don't give me the "less fortunate" bullshit. My parents had ZERO dollars and didn't speak the language when they came over. They got were they are with hard work and sacrifice. Sacrifices that others weren't willing to make. So please save the BS sob story.

So you are actually upset over your city's zoning laws, not Section 8 then. Ok, you should have simply said so from the beginning.

That's cute, but it's not that simple. They have a few tactics. Either they set up full Section 8 housing, or they just get Section 8 "members" and shove them into a community (some well to do). They'll do so without letting the community know either. Homes not normally, but they LOVE doing it in apartment complexes.

No issues with poor people at all. Now people that don't want to do shit and irresponsibly crank out kids to receive even more government assistance, yeah, you can put them on a boat and do what you will with them. I can't stand people that can't take responsibility for there actions. "I'm less fortunate." Motherfvcker, you have 8 kids and work a minimum wage job. Not only did you fvck up your life, you've made it extremely difficult for your kids to succeed in life.

Him pulling out his gun was entirely justified. Those two guys ran at him like they were ready to throw down. They took off running, and he put his gun away. Nothing wrong there at all.

And I see nothing on this video that has anything to do with race. People are just looking for shit to complain about.
hahaha yeah right!! Another apologist for the Cops...

They don't REQUIRE landlords to participate, they just highly incentivize it. So you tell me why the hell would a well to do apartment complex take on Section 8 "tenants?" They felt charitable and didn't mind risking their current tenants leaving?
