Anyways the video showed the cop needs more training on how to handle a crowd. The only person getting out of control from the video was the cop. They could had dispersed the crowd(which is their job) a lot more efficiently without this guy running around like a chicken with its head cutoff.

After rewatching it, SPECIFICALLY at that particular part... I focused in on what made him draw his guns. Those 2 guys sneaking up behind him while he is detaining the girl do look RIDICULOUSLY suspicious. Not saying it's full justified for him pulling his gun, but just re-watch that scene a few times.
