Someone should have told Johnny Law there that it's pretty much impossible to die of a pot overdose.

You never know what it might be laced with. A very long time ago I was getting ready to go out on a Friday night. Well, I had heard about pot brownies and I decided to try putting some pot I just scored in a couple of hamburgers.

Well the pot was laced with something called "angeldust", which I found out later is nothing but horse tanquilzer. It was probably around 4:30 PM and I was all cleaned up and ready to go out as soon as I ate. LOL, the next thing I knew it was 4:00 AM and I was staring at the corner of the ceiling where the 3 dimensions come together, the TV was nothing but snow and I was like WTF just happened?!?!

Wow, what a dumbass, and what a crappy Police dept. That is rediculous that he isn't being charged.

Seems like this guy and his wife have a history of crap like this...Wife goes on a coke binge

His wife, Stacy Sanchez, admitted to police investigators that on another occasion she removed cocaine from her husband's police cruiser -- drugs purportedly earmarked to train police dogs -- and used it during a three-week binge. She, too, has not been charged criminally

No one should be charged for using pot. I don't care if it's a double standard, he shouldn't get in trouble for using weed. He should however be charged for whatever law it is that penalises you for making unnecessary 911 calls.

No charges will be brought! Steal all the drugs you want if you're a cop! Druggies on the force all right with DA. Retired officer knows where too many bones are buried to be prosecuted.

Theres been many examples of a double standard for law enforcement.

There was a case in Il. where a cop was found in possession of an illegal machinegun.
No charges.
If it were you or I we would be looking at 10 grand in fines and 10 years in jail and a felony record. No more guns. Ever.

Then theres the case of the Congressman's aide carrying his pistol. No charges. Try walking into a federal building in DC with a pistol on you and see what happens.

Remember class, everyone is equal. Some are more equal then others.

SERVES THAT SCUMBAG RIGHT.

I can't help but laugh at the ignorance of a police officer about drugs though. The thought of a police officer flipping out because he doesn't understand the substances he polices tickles the irony part of my brain.

I don't know what the big deal is... So he snatched a bag of weed ... Theft, big deal... Millions of thefts go on every year no one seems to give a crap...

He consumed a few ounces of bud......... Yeah, so what.... That's like what? Not even a mistermeaner (SP) in most states.... Millions of people are taking hits right now. No one cares...

But he was a cop...Priceless I guess.

Sanchez later told police investigators that his wife took the marijuana out of his police vehicle while he was sleeping. In a subsequent interview, he admitted he got the marijuana out of the car himself and put it in the brownie mix, police said.

Thank God this weasel is now an EX-cop.
