buhahaha. More well trained cops. Girl was hit by a car knocked out then said she didn't want to go to the hospital and the cops grabbed her and made her respect their authority.

She was distraught for whatever reason. Pepper Spraying probably wasn't necessary, but she was given ample warning about it. I don't think what the Cops did was wrong, perhaps a little impatient at the end, but she'll be fine, so nothing to fret over.
