Core i7 920 to 3.8ghz on ASUS P6T

Can someone list or link me to ALL the settings on how to do this properly. I basically know how, but I freak out with this kind of stuff and double and triple check everything is right as I don't want to kill my system..

I know there's a video on HardOCP somewhere that shows this, but I can't find it. It's very easy though from what I remember - I believe the only settings he changed were:

VCore to 1.35
Bus speed to 190
RAM voltage to 1.65

I'm not sure if there was maybe one other thing, but I think I got everything. He was stressing in the video that it was extremely easy and that almost no settings need to be changed.

I like to know this too. I thought the P6T can load different overclocking profiles right? If someone has it stable can they upload theres?

p.s. I'm on water....do you think I could go higher than 3.8?

Yes, I am at 3.6 and am not really pushing my cooler to the max. I would expect that you could hit 4.0+ with some luck...

I'm using the Noctua NH-U12P Special 1366 Edition
