Outpost.com has the after a $90 rebate. The rebate is a Cornea rebate handled by rebateshq.com the same company that Staples uses.

It's a very nice Monitor @ this price as my friend has one and it looks good... If I didn't have the Dell, I prolly would jump on it.
I believe Cornea just bought out KDS and is 1 of the largest LCD Manufactures in Korea.

Cornea is very well-known. I'd just like DVI on mine but this is still a great deal!

No DVI input, just standard analog.

I've never shopped with Outpost. Is outpost.com the same as Fry's? Any chance of a special coupon or PM to use on this to drive it down a bit more?

I have had three different Cornea's, including this one. They are a quality monitor and have excellent customer service. They just allowed me to upgrade a one year old mp703 to a 1702T that has a TV tuner for a small price, but they still let me do it. I would jump on this if I needed one.

I picked one up last night. It actually looks really good. I don't have a need to view monitor from side angles (this one has supposedly inferior side viewing angles), or do much of anything but text editing/internet use. 3 year warranty includes backlight. 3/25 is last day for this price at Frys. peace all.

Bought one at Fry's over the weekend. Has been running it at 1280x1024, 60Hz. No blurry text and no dead pixel. Am happy with this lcd.

The rebate form online is only for $50. The $90 rebate expires today. I called, and they are OS right now. The item has to ship by the last day of the rebate eligibility, so unless they get some in today and then ship them out today, the $90 rebate offer is apparently dead. Arg. The customer service lady is supposed to email me with more details, but it doesn't look good.....

Have had this monitor for 2 months now. Got it for $300.
Very nice, everyone who sees it, likes its looks.

No dead pixels yet.
The monitor is sharp and bright.

Only thing that I don't like is the viewing that great, but otherwise excellent.

Ha! Funny. Let's hope not; I picked one up! Had a friend in Dallas go to the store and get one for the $380 minus $90 MIR. $280 for a sweet 17" LCD ain't bad....
