No you didn't address the points of this thread. You made your own points about West and never made reference to the subject matter in the OP. All you stated more or less was that West had an agenda. Thats it. Now if you wanna talk about the subjects of carpet bombing/drone strikes, poverty or racism (all in the OP and none you mentioned) then lets have at it. Exactly the reason I asked. I wanted to see if he would give a reasoned response to a question. He didn't. All he would have had to do is copy paste some text or listen to about 3 min of video and parrot it here. He didn't. So I am pretty sure where he stands.

Funny hearing Cornel West go after Obama when this guy is firmly in the camp that believes more government is the only solution to every problem in society.

Now he gets what he wanted (a black president and expanded government) and now he hates the big government expansion and grab for power over the rights of the individual and the polices enacted by said president which have bolstered this action. Cornel West has a longstanding dislike of President Obama, who failed to invite West to his first inauguration. I get the sense that is largely what underlies these sentiments. I have a problem with Obama and Washington being foolish with our money and spending millions when we need to be cutting back. He missed a great opportunity to be a real leader by demonstrating fiscal responsibility, but instead he emulated the credit consuming crazed of our country, which is the majority apparently.

Nationwide, liberal or conservative, being the incumbent congressman results in almost 90% odds of being reelected. Nor did the Adam West challenge come from a candidate running to the right of Adam West.

Yet in 11/2012, when Adam West ran for reelection with an established record, West got rather soundly beaten and rejected by the very voters of his own own district. As I submit, because Adam West was simply too idiotic for his constituents to tolerate again.
