Hmm, same experience with me. Their forum, that's just horrible, what is so laughable that when I posted about my problem with my M60 without even bothering to ask from where I am they just gave me a coupon number. I mean what the frak, there are 195 other countries other than States!! Anyway, then I found that there's a local service center here (Kaizen), I am located in India, and submitted the mouse there, and got the replacement back in 10 days. I can't believe the OP had to ship it internationally :O
Now coming to the quality of the product, it's very much below average, the M60 mouse. The only reason like many other people for me to buy Corsair over a Logi or MS was their brand reputation. The first mouse, while unscrewing their unbelievably dumb screwing system to remove the weights something broke, gone to do RMA, came back, SC guy said 'you tampered the product'. Very fine, sent an email to their Indian support email id, they said to submit the mouse again. Got it after a week, same infant weight screwing system, compromised, every other day while turning the PC on the USB cable had to be unplugged/plugged to get the mouse working, compromised, then last week the idiot died, plain simply died. A four and a half month old mouse, DIED. Submitted to RMA again, will get it back after a week or so. I will not use it anyway, as I have moved on to other brand. But one thing for sure, I will NEVER recommend a Corsair mouse or Keyboard to ANYBODY. I don't know, I have a TX650, four 2 GB XMS3 modules and CPU fan of them, I just hope those things stay good, especially the PSU. Learnt my lesson about going for a brand, you can't just pop up from anywhere and master in something.
