Corsair SSD Height and Model choice

HI guys

Some of the models have confusing Spec, it would say 7mm height on one page but next page would show its 9.5mm.

Are there currently any 9.5mm corsair SSD models ?

Are they any good, and how do the 6 or so models rank?

why? what is all this hype over the 840 evo
i just dont see how it is any better than any of the existing products
