I ordered a pair of these and got them today, only to find out they won't work with my existing pair of Kingston ValueRAM. I have to lower to 333MHz otherwise I get the "Overclocking failure" error message every time I try to boot, and all other weird things. The MB is ASUS P4S800D-E by the way.

Am I supposed to only try to add another pair of Kingston? Or is it just this particular pair of Corsair bad?

Personally, I'd can the Kingston and keep the Corsair. Sounds to me like the Kingston stuff is high density which is slower anyway.....my guess.

How do these Corsair deals compare to this Kingston which is $14 less after MIR? Both appear to be doble-sided, and although the Kingston is rated a bit slower, 3-3-3-8, the AT review of value RAM's, said they ran it at 2.5-3-3-6 at stock speed. Obviously it's preferable not to have to deal with the MIR, but that aside, what do you think about the two RAM's for the money?

I would go with the corsair because what if AT got luckey on the sticks they received and when you get them it won't go down to 2.5?
