Mine got cancelled, AFTER they shipped the second item I ordered!
TigerDirect still charged me $8 tax and $4 shipping on the $26.00 "filler" item I received. They hung up on me when I called in to inquire about a credit for the difference.
I'll be opening a case with American Express for fraud. TigerDirect...hasn't changed in 20 years. Still the same shady company. It's pretty obvious this price "mistake" was intentional when considering they didn't "discover" is for four days, plenty of time to ship the filler items people inevitably would put in to use the $15 off coupon.
I've never heard of a company only partially cancelling an order. Generally if something is wrong with the order, they notify you before any part of it ships, or if it ships, they honor the mistake. TigerDirect literally told me "it's not our fault we carry many items and mistakes happen." If its not their fault, it's MY fault then?
