Corsair XMS2 vs Ballistix

I have a hard time choosing between these pairs of DDR2-800. Can anyone share some thoughts/experience with these modules?

Both are rated at 4-4-4-12 but I am not sure how overclockable they are. I know the Ballistix used to be about $70 weeks ago, but at $85 I am still a bit leaning towards the Ballistix.

Ballistix are very overclockable...

The problem with those corsair ones is that they come in different versions.

Version 1.1 and 1.2 should be Micron D9's

the rest are either Promos or Epilida chips and they are not as good for overclocking (generally).

Personally go with the crucial, they tighten up really well.

Mine (the LED version) overclocks ballisti'x'. LOL
Seriously, I'd buy these on a heart beat.
