Corsair xms3 MHz question

Ok new question why is my Dram Frequency at 668.9MHz? isnt it soppose to be 1333MHz up to 1600 MHz?

And is it better that i get 2x4GB or 1x8gb or 2x8GB of ram in the Corsair?

is the higher the Latencey better like 9-9-9-24 compared to 8-8-8-24

DDR means double data rate, if you double 668.9mhz you will see that it is indeed very close to the 1333mhz it should be (and infact is running at)

To answer your second question - lower latency is better.
