32"?

Geez, what is that... a bedroom TV? The res is too low to be a computer monitor so you gots to wonder....

I got a 60" Sony WEGA in my living room with the same res and what do I need this for?

I'm happy for the dudes that think this is worth having but honestly, not all Black Friday type deals are worth buying or lining up for.

I love the RossMAN but even he would agree with me on this if you don't need something.

That's exactly what this TV is for, our bedroom.

IMHO livingroom "main TV's" should be at least 46", agreed?

Is this online only or has anyone seen this instore? I'd rather not purchase a TV sight unseen. Was going to add that I'd prefer to pick it up to save on shipping but I see that this unit is being shipped free.

6 bones for a 32" with built in HD tuner is tempting.

We are in complete agreement!

I have a 60" Sony WEGA in the Family room, a 53" Sony in the basement hooked to my X-Box and is what I watch when I do my daily 30 minutes on the lifecycle. (it's not easy staying this beautiful, lol)

I have a measly ProScan 27" in my bedroom.

We have an Apex 13" which believe it or not was our main TV for almost a year. We had a larger Toshiba 27" CRT but it was fscking heavy and there was no room in our cramped computer room. I watched Lost, Alias, everything on that Apex 13". I can't wait to replace it.

We've got all upper-20" tube TV's (RCA nonetheless) populating our house, it is quite sad. One of these days...

Look on the bright side. When "One of these days" arrives you'll probably get a 32" LCD for around $400-ish.

No thread crapping. If the subject matter of a deal does not interest you, do not post negative comments about it, or about other members, in the thread.

yes they are, and Costco will get more in, I'm sure. There's a reason they're kicking Sams Club's rear from here to the next county. (I refuse to shop at Walmart etc until they stop destroying america)

You guys think there will be a 32" HD ready TV under $500 before christmas? Without mail in rebates? If not, I may have to go for this.

EDIT: And readily available, meaning not standing in line for 4 hours black friday.

I have a 27" in my living room and a 20" in my bedroom. I can see it clearly from anywhere in my apartment.

...and they're CRTs, beaches.

you might want to check out your local staples.

from what i remember last year, not many people hit up my local staples.

they're suppose to have a MAG 32" LCD HDTV for under 500
if you can pick up a 50 off 500 or something it'll sweeten the deal

I find some comments hepful - those that clarify the use for an item, or point out flaws, for example.

Thread crapping like 'Who wants an LCD tv they suck!!' are thread crapping; comments like 'what's this for, the resolution is too low for a PC monitor' can be helpful.

I see a lot of praise for the Costco return policy, but I bought a tv from costco.com, and the price dropped $264 two weeks outside of their price match policy and they wouldn't do anything; I spoke with a store manager about the return policy in general and she said she has discretion and refuses returns she wants to.

When I mentioned the price match situation and asked if that wasn't against their interest because someone could return the )two months) old tv and re-purchase at the new price, she said she would never accept a return unless there was a better reason, so that wouldn't work.

I'm left a bit unclear what the great Costco return policy is. What do they do outside the manufacturer warranty?
