Tommigsr - this has already been posted. Just search for "Acoustic Edge" Also, the 59.95 is for a single card. THe company buys it in bulk, and sells it OEM. it includes cables and driver cd, but no other software, including PowerDVD. You can buy it from buy.com or outpost.com for about $80 plus shipping. If you have american express, go through amex shop zone and get shipping reimbursed until the 5th of July. Or, buy it from Bestbuy or Circuit City where they have a $20 mail in rebate until tomorrow.
