Drat it all.....I missed 3 and got only an 85%. Hope y'all do better........

Though, seeing as I took the old test two weeks after 9/11; This one doesn't really look that different.

A couple of them I second guessed myself into changing to a wrong answer and one I confuzzled myself up on. The two I didn't know were the chief justice question and the year the constitution was written (I put 1776 ).

That was easier than the last few of those I have seen. Usually they have you naming specific amendments to the Constitution. I still missed 2 (got the preamble to the Constitution mixed up with the opening of the Declaration of Independence and mis-clicked the number of judges somehow).

That's actually an easy one if you know the other job of the 2nd person in line.

The chief justice and constitution questions are just as easy. If you paid attention to the recent ruling they made regarding a ban on handguns in DC and how many were for/against it, that would answer the question for you.

Everyone knows 1776 was when the declaration of independence was written.
