Well, I play on servers long enough where I get to know the regulars. In fact, I just aced a midterm. I think I deserve some gaming time now. By ATOT!

Valve has implemented their own anti cheat. Supposively works well. If caught your WonID will be banned from all online servers.

woohoo! THAT is excellent news. Let's hope it works for more than the usual 1 week before new cheats are out.

Also, apparently the bodies remain on the ground for the whole round now... another excellent change.

the jump has also been changed.... de_train has been modified... the para, p90, and the unused sniper rifles have been changed.... when dead you can watch first person view.... tons of added features

Well actually jump was horrible. Im sick of people jumping like crazy to avoid getting shot. But I sure hope they dont make it like DOD or i will be pissed.

people who say jumping makings people hard to hit are just braindead or something. people do that ot me all the time 95% of the time i will kill them. i do it alot for some reason people cant kill me but like i just said i kill the ones that od it to me 95% of the time. It makes virtually no difference...

And the only thing that sucks about DOD's jumping is you can't quite jump high enough. Just 3 inches higher and I'd be able to clear some of those walls easier.

DOD is awesome they actuall ymake the game better with updates, but i don tknow i just cant play DOD for as long as i used to CS.

I just quit today because CS 1.4 is the stupidest thing they could have possibly done IMO.

I think they kind of do that on purpose. I agree that CS is only fun with people you know. I play DoD all the time, though and I love it. It's not just jumping around and shooting people, it takes more skill and stradegy, IMO. I just hope it doesn't get the amount of cheaters that CS has now. I like how it only allows you to jump so much or you get tired. It eliminates things like bunnyhopping.

One thing I don't understand is why you used the word "gay" to describe taking out the jumping properties of CS.

Jumping, while its fun and all, doesn't really change the gameplay a lot. All the top clans don't jump like bunnies when they play -- watch all the videos and you'll see.

If anything, 1.4 will get rid of lamers. They've made some good and bad changes. Just like when 1.0 came out, everyone is saying "oh fvck that I'm quitting CS"

Everyone whines and gripes, but you'll adjust.

LOL, i love how they cry like bitches when you shoot them thru a wall or when they make like an obscene amount of noise and you just jump out of the corner and shoot them... seriously. i hope this new ver. doesnt ruin cs
