He is saying in the video linked above basically that if he is to go into a Iraqi town, the locals would kill him. Not only kill him, but would torture him and behead him while videotaping it. He is saying that your average Muslim is a "radical" and is going to kill. Not ISIS, but your average Muslim is doing this.
