It's a good first step to reducing the number of legal immigrants into the United States. It's not the 1800's or 1900's anymore. Times change.

The hate (and anger and fear) against immigrants (whether they are legal or not) stems simply from the utter and absolutely deplorable anger/hate by people in the US about their own shitty lives, jobs gone, low wages etc. The old spiel of "blaming someone", which is exploited by con men politicians ever since ancient times.
Problem: The refugees (and also immigrants) are NOT who took jobs away...or made the middle-class/poor live's shitty. THIS plays only a rather minor part on top of what is actually the problem. Due to the infinite ignorance of many American homeschooled retards, they voted exactly *those* in power who are in fact responsible for their shitty lives, anger and bitterness.
The big-wig elites who are in power right now, if it wasn't for THEIR decisions to move jobs away and exploit avg. people at all costs, for THEIR profit....if they wouldn't have done that, the people in America would welcome immigrants (like they did in the past when this was still actually America). No one would give a shit about immigrant workers.
You know:
A) America actually doesn't really have a refugee problem
B) Last time I was there, America was a really fucking big country, and I really mean fucking big...so big that even 100,000s of "refugees" (which don't even happen in the US) can impossible pose a major problem. Europe is an entire different story
C) Is this general ban not just stupid/idiotic because of reasons we all know anyway, it's also insulting to any other Western country (Europe) which accepts them. It simply makes the US look like a giant, arrogant asshole.
D) The idea that banning Muslims from immigrating and banning refugees would aid fight terrorism is hideously idiotic. It's so idiotic that the only reason for this CAN only be that it's "appealing" for the ignoramuses who support Trump..rather than *actually* do anything in terms of preventing terrorism. (But of course we know that too already). It's a "PR stunt" if you will, not unlike the stupid wall.
