Sanctions just make it worse, as intended.
Says he who cant answer a fucking question to defend his position. Jesus youre dumb.

That article is pure propaganda. The electric grid is falling apart? Please. The power outages were sabotage. Along with the oil tanks which spontaneous exploded for no reason. A few weeks after Israeli special forces landed in Brazil. Coincidence?

The Trump admin is breaking Venezuela's balls off-
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...-venezuelas-exports-and-imports-idUSKCN1S82BI
But their problems are obviously all Maduro's fault, at least in the post-truth realm of Trumplandia.
The answer is absurdly simple: lift the sanctions. Until the US does that, it's a major contributing factor to the problems there.
Absolutely correct.
Of course. Not everything is disclosed. Why would they share the plans of their meddling? And that's conspiracy theory.
Any trade Venezuela does benefits Maduro and his cronies, and no one else.
Wait a minute...are you actually defending him? You think he should stay in power?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Chavez and Maduro after him destroyed he country by destroying the industry that is the lifeblood. Nationalizing it followed by lack of investment and maintence to support social programs led to steady decline of output.
The US needs to stay out of it but we aren’t the cause of this, this is a bed entirely of Venezuala's making. Revolution has to happen, that is the only outcome. Not just trading for a different ruler but keeping the same broken system, a true revolution that wipes clean the government and starts anew.
Jhhnn I undid your post to see what you’d had to say. Yes it probably will involve blood, extrodinairly naive to pretend there’s a way without. The US should not be involved, but yeah toppling the government who doesn’t want to fall will be messy. There is blood spilt everyday with the status quo though, the government is killing its people every single day through its failed policies and incompetence and corruption. It’s up to the Venezualan people now.
I live in a country next to Venezuela. I can see it when driving to work. Many refugees are here. All I can say is that most of the 'experts' here are totally clueless as what is really happening, but keep watching your MSM and living in your dream world. It's the majority of the population resisting, not just the Government and the military. Hard to accept I know, but the only way Venezuela gets Guaido is through a direct foreign military intervention, or more accurately, invasion.
Any of you ever hiked through a real tropical rain forest?
Any have an idea of a real guerilla war in hard terrain? No flat deserts here.
How many deaths, on ALL sides, will be worth it?

So, lots of blood, right? That's one way to burn it down, for sure.
Yeh, but the Trump admin is still trying to make them an offer they can't refuse. Oust Maduro & we'll take our boot off of your neck.
The fact is, the US is supporting the overthrow of Maduro. Which NEEDS to happen to restore Venezuela to the country it used to be.
What if the Venezuelan people don't want to return to the way it used to be?
A start. What if the Venezuelan people don't want to return to the way it used to be?
Read up a bit on how it used to really be. Why did Chavez win his 1st election as an independent candidate with a large majority? Answer that question and you will see how nice it was before. The fact is, the US is supporting the overthrow of Maduro. Which NEEDS to happen to restore Venezuela to the country it used to be.
Look for news beyond your normal channels. It's out there, you just have to do a little extra, if you really want to know.I don't get what your overall message is here? Bow down to Maduro and his repressive regime? Bow down to his fake election?
"The majority of the population resisting" is pretty bland statement.
No, thats wrong. Trump is not trying to negotiate with Maduro. Its the other way around.
You guys really have drank the koolaid.Look for news beyond your normal channels. It's out there, you just have to do a little extra, if you really want to know.
The Greyzone youtube channel for real interviews, not the lies from reporters who never put a foot in the country.

This video at the time 35:00 has an impassioned tale from a UN rep. He is pissed. Brave enough to see?
Time 28:00 for real Venezuelans on BOTH sides speaking. See ANY starving people? See how clean the cars look. Utter poverty?

Anyone who look at these and don't at least begin to question are tools of the elite.
I SUGGEST ALL HERE READ & SEE.
The thing is, I meet the real Venezuelans, unlike you. I don't drink the koolaid, as I live next to where it's really happening. Why drink koolaid when you have the real stuff? You guys really have drank the koolaid.
There is honestly zero hope left for you. I honestly just hope your lack of brain cells isn't passed on.
It's funny because this is basically at the same level as flat earthers and anti-vaxxers.
For the sane lefties here: Some of your crazies escaped their encampment again.
