Just ate there a couple nights ago... got the Baja Burrito Enchilado style! it was HUGE!!! It's regularly 7-8 bucks but for some reason, the cashier took off another dollar when I showed her the coupon! So i got the burrito enchilado style WITH the free plastic cup all for just a little over 5 bucks!!

Baja Fresh has quality food! Their burritos are the best, quesadilla's are good too! The black colored salsa rules!

If you've never had it I highly recommend trying it.

Baja Fresh is by far the best mexican restaurant in existence. Not only that, but it is the best food you can eat, period. The closest Baja Fresh to my home in Chicago is 35 mintutes, yet I go there every chance I get. I go to school in Champaign, IL, yet I still drive home twice a month(about a 3 hour drive each way) to eat it. This post just made me so hungry. ughh.

If anyone is willing to overnight me a taco 6 pack with steak and salsa verde I would gladly compensate them for their troubles.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you on that. I would agree if you specified fast food mexican, or what I call not-so-fast food (when it comes to Baja Fresh). For all you guys in SoCal...obviously theres gonna be some places other than the one I am gonna tell you about such as in Olvera Street or some "hole in the wall" restaraunts......but in San Juan Capistrano, right near the mission there is a place called El Maguey. They seriously have THE best authentic mexican food I have ever had. Its not fast food or not-so-fast food. Its a sit-down place, but the price is very good for what you get. If you go there, I recommend a dish called Birria ($5.95 or $6.95, not sure).
