I read several articles much like the one the other guy posted. They were all like "how dare you!", when really, it seemed they started opening them with reasonable restrictions. People walking along the beach seems pretty low risk, especially compared to the amount of people I'm nearby indoors every time I go to the store.
Seems inevitable that numbers will become higher as more things open, but the key is that it doesn't return so high that it threatens to overwhelm the health care system again. At least that is what we were told originally.
