Hate to break it to you, but 51% is the percentage that disapprove of Biden's job performance. He is well underwater, about a net -10% currently. There's still some time until the midterm elections, but there needs to be significant improvement against COVID to change the narrative. Although I largely disagree with how people have chosen to apportion pandemic blame to Biden, it's the dominant reason for his low approval ratings. If that doesn't charge markedly after this omicron wave, the midterms will be a disaster.Bidens rating are currently 3 full percentage points better than trumps highest ever rating, 9 points higher than Obama when he was re-elected, and something like 18 points higher (pulling that out my ass) than trumps worst ratings. He's at 51% so a straight majority think he's doing a bang up job.
