Tough loss. Glad I'm a Raider fan?

Just rewound on the DVR, he was back to the line of scrimmage of the 1.5 yrd line. A half more yard and he could've gotten a first down..

Obviously he didn't fumble because Seattle took over at the 1.3 yard line.

Hold on, did anyone check where Romo was down after the botched field goal attempt? If he made it to the 1 yard line, it would still be a first down.

They do that in overtime. There would have been an extra few seconds for Seattle...and I'm sure he wanted the TD.

I say he should gone for it on 4th down at the goal line.

That is second-guessing at it's finest.
You CANNOT go for it on 4th down under 2 minutes while you are losing on the scoreboard. Whichever coach does that should not be coaching even high school football.

LOL, you expect the kicker to block a 220lb linebacker?

hahahah gramatica wouldnt even slow him down.

It'd be like a train vs. a piece of paper

not to mention gramatica would be laying on the ground wondering wtf hit him.

though he could have tried. don't think it would have mattered t hough

Wrong.

Do you know why they call it a "GAME WINNING FIELD GOAL"?????

BUY A FREAKING CLUE.

He had the GAME LOSING FUMBLE. Period.

Run along now fanboy.

EDIT: Same goes with teams who lose a game "wide left" or "Wide right". If you have a chance to win/lose a game on a single down, it's just that - a WIN OR LOSE situation. Romo botched the snap and the kicker never had a chance. He ultimately lost the game.

You see that in college, not in the NFL. (Nebraska in the Orange Bowl).

Listen guys, I'm the biggest Romo supporter out there, and I still am, I'm looking forward to his future...

but shut the hell up about "its a long game" or "it was [insert play]'s fault". Fact is, they had a chance to essentially kick an extra point to win the game, and they failed. Romo fumbled a good snap. I applaud his effort to pick it up and run, but it is 100% Tony Romo's fault that they lost this game.

Ok I've exhausted my beer at home, off to the bars.

LOL indeed.

Kickers go through all th tackling drills and what not in case their the last guy back on a kick off return.

He just needed to give the guy a little shove and Romo might've gotten the 1st down.

Not really a game losing fumble. If Glenn didnt fumble that ball which led to 2 points (safety) and then Seattle taking over and scoring, Dallas would have won no questions asked. It shouldnt have had to go down to what it did, however Romo's mistake was costly

THANK YOU. Honestly I could not care less which team won the game (AFC all the way baby ) But Tony did lose the game for his team.

It was an awesome game though.

Dallas shouldn't have been in the playoffs in the first place - they should have lost that right when they lost to Detroit

That's a tough loss ...
