Frankly if you don't care too much about your job (e.g. you don't mind finding another eventually), I would go straight to HR and complain about that and get it documented.

I agree, except I do not have a "faith". I do not worship the "dark lord" or ol "grey beard of doom" in the sky. It just boils down to the mentality of the person I have to work with. Typical fanatical religious nut. They believe that only their belief system is correct, and they are placed on earth to convert/brainwash everyone else to believe what they believe. Sounds like she can't perform her job duties because of preexisting emotional/mental probems. Maybe your boss should address that.
