CPU Cooler Clearance for RAM?

Preferably, I'm looking for an answer from someone who owns this cooler and/or the ram. Thank you!
Would 4x8GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series RAM fit under the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BL CPU Cooler? Would it need any adjusting?
Unfortunately, I've already ordered the parts, but the option to cancel is still available.

If you won't be overclocking the ram, just go with standard height modules.

They had the ares series on sale for $120 last week. I think something else is on sale now for $100-110 that's of standard height.

If I could do it over, I would get the low-profile modules. However, I have already purchased the ram. I'm just wondering if I should cancel the order while I still can, or if it will fit well with some minor adjustments.

After researching for a while and watching a few videos, I've found that the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BL will leave enough room for RAM modules with medium sized heatsinks on most motherboards such as the ones on the G.SKILL Ripjaws X RAM. However it will not leave enough room for RAM with larger heatsinks like Corsair Vengeance. On most motherboards, the Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BL will cover up two slots with its heatsink and the other two with its fan. However the fans are adjustable, so if you only require two RAM modules, you wont have to worry much about the height of the ram.

I don't know about the TC14, but the CoolerMaster 212+ fan slides up on the cooler if you need additional clearance. In my situation, it covered the last RAM slot which I wasn't using, but if I needed to (with my G.Skill Sniper RAM) I could have made it fit.
