CPU HSF Reccomendations needed

I moved some hardware around and now my HTPC has my e5200 in it. It's all built in an Antec Solo and while it is fairly quiet I want even more silence. To that end I'm replacing the 8600gts with a passive 4350 but I'm not sure about the cpu.

Right now I'm running the stock intel cooler but want something that can handle it at a lower noise level... possibly even with the cpu overclocked though that is not a given. I was looking at this since it's so cheap but the reviews I have read are mixed and I'm not sure how quiet the 92mm will be. I have several spare zalman single fan controllers so I can easily undervolt if needed. Anyone know a good cheapish and quiet cpu cooler that fits my needs?

Any heatpipe heatsink will work and will be reasonably quiet with fan undervolted. The E5200 at stock speeds doesn't get too hot. If you want REALLY quiet, then spring the extra bucks for a Scythe Ninja ($40) and you can run it passive as long as you still have an exhaust fan.

Thats not a bad idea but I do want to oc at some point since the e5200 has so much headroom (this one hit 3.4 for a while in another case but I never bothered pushing it further). Will that one I linked, the OCZ vendetta, work if I undervolt the 92mm? Or is 92mm just to small to undervolt and still get enough air movement?

As the deal expired today I went ahead and ordered the vendetta. Hopefully I can undervolt it enough to keep it quietish while still providing enough cooling for the e5200.

Any proper tower cooler can passively cool a chip like that, even OC'd. My Xigmatek S1283 (pretty much identical to vendetta) ran my e7200 cooled passively even with a ~3.2-3.6 OC in an antec 300 with only one case fan running. Temps were kinda high at ~60c but it was surprisingly doable

The Vendetta or Vendetta 2 will work, I have a Vendetta 2 and when my E5200 was in my PC it could easily hold it at 3.75 with load temps around 63ish.

Thanks for the responses. I'll give it a try when it arrives in an undervolted but active mode. I don't have to have it silent, I just want it quieter than the stock intel HSF which I can barely hear as it is due to the nice Solo insulation.
