Didn't say lobster was difficult to cook. Said it was difficult to cook properly. Sure it's simple to throw it in water and set a timer. Good luck not turning it to rubber using that method.
I must be one lucky dude (aside from the whole cancer stuff). I ordered some last year and had no problem cooking them perfectly. Succulent flesh, delicious with butter. mmm...
