I bought its Vehicle Heater,only heating the water of engine(no cab-heating),in orader to start the car easilly in the cold winter.After 2 days,I can't start the engine of my car.What's the problem of its product?The heating exhausted the power,why?Does its Vehicle Heater need too much power or the other problem?

Power Requirements are too many.
I tested several days.If I drive 50 kilometers every day,I can heat 10 to 20 minutes and start the engine.But I don't drive too long,some days only 10 kms per day.
The seller promised to dismantle it and pay the money back to me,but I will give 70us$ for the stuffs that no longer to be reused again.
I think,the question is The seller should tell the client this before buying the product:Vehicle Heater cost too much power,not only petrol.

there is too much oil in the motor, drain all the oil and then your heater will run non stop. drive it really fast to make sure all the oil is out.

Yes, you need a better battery to use one of those, at least 70Ah.

The reason being that they use a glow plug to heat up and that pulls a lot of power.

I have one of those too and it works just fine, all you need is a proper battery.

My battery is 70Ah,used for 3 years,but My car only runs 19xxx km for 3 years,not runs too much.

You may need a new battery, didn't you get some kind of recommendation with the heater?

I think maybe I drive not long enough everyday,and it costs too much power.
The type of the heater is "B5WSC 12V mit ES" ,printed on the box.

Ayup, that would explain it, you would need to charge your battery more.

It only consumes 48 Watts on high, that's not a lot and it only has to run the glow plug until it's hot enough to run on it's own.

You should probably get a battery charger if you don't drive enough to charge the battery.
