How fucking gullible do you have to be to read such trash and accept everything the article claimed? The answer is, pretty rocking gullible and a health dose of stupidity to go along with it. In other words for a piece of shit traitor like taj, it’s pretty easy to be fooled because he lacks any critical thinking skills.

First off the article starts off by relying on polls as an example of evidence that CRT is being taught in schools. That should have been a red flag for any critical thinker, why? Because most people can’t clearly articulate what crt even is. Of course they try and debunk that talking point by presenting the reader with feels presented as facts. Using terms like “overwhelming” followed by the rights favorite, “some people” (or in this case “some schools”), of course they didn’t bother to add any linked evidence to this claim though despite offering up links to other claims.

And again the links they did offer up were polls, one of which a whopping 4.1% of teachers say they were required to teach crt! No red flags there, we know for a fact that there are right wing idiots who also happen to be teachers /eye roll.

The rest of the article goes on to try and correlate other issues and again more polling to try and support their original lie claim that schools are teaching crt.

In any of those examples were the ACTUAL lesson plans or curriculum shown as evidence. Or did they do an anonymous poll where they claim "Did you teach CRT"

Show an actual lesson. If CRT being taught is true showing the lesson is easy proof. I don't accept any of you nut jobs just telling people it's CRT.

Besides in some Republican school districts teaching the writings of MLK or Toni Morrison qualifies as CRT in what's left of their minds.

I'll say it again, who cares if they are, it seems that a fact based perspective should be a welcome addition to any curriculum. My only caveat is what age to start presenting information.

As my kids are getting older, the type of media (tv, movies, music) that they are provided by myself or friends parents is changing. There's tons of race based stuff to parse and giving kids the appropriate guidance is key, the same should go for education.

Unfortunately, CRT is not a well-circumscribed curriculum, and the more objectionable elements of high academic study are completely unreflective of what happens in lower education. If they explicitly exist within curricula, they should be easy to share.

Maybe the better question to @imported_tajmahal is: what would you like K-12 education to teach students about race, racism, and the ways it remains present within our society today, and would you like students to be armed to approach these things with their own critical reasoning skills or to learn some set of things as facts that should never be examined further?
