It's like their other big hammer, banning stuff for "obscenity", it's so vague they can apply to any number of things. Since none of them know what CRT is, it has morphed into basically anything teaching about black history in this country because in order to teach that history you have to mention shitty things white people did. I don't anything about the accuracy of this website but for giggles went to my home state PA and found this.

Meaning they don't teach it. Now here's what you do. Find the school district and point out their particular lesson or curriculum that teaches CRT. Should be very easy since public school agendas are public. I don't mean someone telling you it's CRT.
