Psst! It's the double negative.Most children do get scared if they sense fear in their caregivers, friends or many adults around them. Most will also react negatively if they feel they may be separated from family members or taken to strange and unfamiliar places.
If you've been watching any videos of frightened children in Ukraine, you can see this.
