Can't teach the 64 Civil Rights Act and 65 Voting Rights Act since that would require teaching why it was necessary. Sounds to close to CRT
Can't teach Brown V Board of Educations since it needs background information. Hell, that subject is so forbidden grown ass judge prospects refuse to answer questions about it during their nomination process. I guess that is too close to CRT.

I didn't follow the VA election at all. I probably read something here about it, though I don't recall anything specific.
Regardless of all of that, I really don't know exactly what CRT teaches. Virtually everything I've seen stinks of propaganda.
