The flight originated from Taipei Songshan Airport and was headed to Kinmen Airport on the outskirts of Taiwan.

That second video from a car much closer shows anther car that appears to have had the front hit by one of the wings. Looks like it just clipped the front of the car so likely there were no fatalities in that car. Probably need to have the seat covers changed from the shit damage...

I'm amazed anyone survived that since it seemed to be moving pretty quickly and plunged into the rather shallow river. That would have been a pretty rough impact.

And yes, according to the BBC the last transmission from the pilot was mayday and engine flame out. Curious as to what made it roll over so aggressively though?

That roll doesn't necessarily indicate a loss of power in that engine.

Airplane was already coming down. Might just be going through the last stage of a stall.
Need to see much clearer pics. Was the prop feathered? Was it pilot input to avoid stuff on the ground? Ailerons don't appear to be at any significant angle, but again, need better pics.
